The project design is for a 9-story residential tower with 12 residences. Project amenities are located on the second floor above the parking and include a pool, with a large sundeck, a club room, and a fitness room. Floors 3-7 each have two units, 1800 SF and 2300 SF. The top two floors feature full-floor penthouses, 3500 SF each.
Because the project is located in the center of the Golden Gate Peninsula with key views toward the downtown skyline and marina, the main living spaces face east. They feature open floor plans with tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass.
