Amaryllis Park Place III is the third and final phase of a Hoyt-designed master plan which provided direction for the Sarasota Housing Authority as it transformed an 80-year-old public housing project into an entire new neighborhood for families and seniors. Amaryllis Park Place III includes 144 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences in five three-story buildings.
