Del Webb Community Amenity Center

Hoyt Architects created rooms for arts and crafts, billiards, gym and aerobic studio, one to three banquet rooms depending on partition use, a catering kitchen, and much more. In addition to the amenity center, the residents get to enjoy a resort style pool fire/water bowls, beach entry, massive spa, two fire pits, and beautiful mature landscape features. Additionally, Willis Smith built a tennis pro shop for the community’s eight clay tennis courts and eight pickle ball courts. Finishing off the wonderful amenities, we also constructed a bar and grill overlooking the pool and lake to the South. All amenities are strictly for residents and guest in this exclusive adult community.
