The DeMarcay is a mixed-use building located on Sarasota’s historic Palm Avenue, at the site of the former Roth Cigar Factory and DeMarcay Hotel. The Mediterranean-style façade, dating from 1925, is preserved and restored, serving as the storefront frontage for the project’s retail component.
The development includes a curated set of amenities such as a rooftop pool, clubhouse, chef’s kitchen, and fitness center. The DeMarcay is also notable as the first building in Sarasota to incorporate car lifts for access to its parking levels.
