The DeMarcay is a mixed-use building located on Sarasota’s historic Palm Ave, at the site of the former Roth Cigar Factory and DeMarcay Hotel. The Mediterranean style facade of the DeMarcay, dating from 1925, is preserved and enhanced and serves as the storefront for the retail portion of the project.
Amenities include a roof-top pool, clubhouse, chef’s kitchen, and fitness center. The DeMarcay is the first building in the city of Sarasota to feature car lifts to access the parking levels
