Fort Walton Beach

This plan proposed the future land use that serves to revitalize this city wide area. The streetscape corridors developed to strengthen the commercial core, traffic patterns re-routed to help the flow of traffic through the downtown waterfront area, and new zoning to help create a strong commercial, retail, and residential areas.
