The 20-acre peninsula is master-planned to blend specialty retail and dining with second-floor offices and luxury residences, culminating in a dynamic pedestrian plaza and cinema.
By artfully mixing classical and modern architectural elements, Hoyt created a timeless "town village" atmosphere that anchors the neighborhood. This project successfully activates the waterfront while establishing a high-density, walkable urban core that serves as the primary social and commercial destination for the region.
