One Palm

One Palm is a mixed-use residential and hospitality anchor in Sarasota’s arts district, featuring a 10-story, 138-unit apartment building alongside a 139-room Aloft hotel. The project skillfully integrates residential, hotel, and nearly 19,000 square feet of retail and dining space around an existing parking structure to create a cohesive urban destination.

Hoyt’s architectural design focused on strong geometric organization and precise massing to efficiently house diverse programs while activating the street level. By blending dense urban living with hospitality and commerce, the development serves as a vibrant catalyst for the district’s continued growth and pedestrian vitality.

Designed around an existing parking garage, One Palm features 5,300 SF of restaurant space, 13,575 SF of retail & lobby space and parking for approximately 628 cars. Construction Completion 2015.
