Palm Tower

This 1925 building was originally constructed as a downtown hotel in Sarasota, Florida. Low ceilings and years of low-quality improvements presented challenges for new office designs. Both floors were demoed to the shell. On the 3rd floor, once home to the HUB, the exposed structural ceiling, glass partitions, and super graphics create the perfect setting for this start up incubator. A more traditional approach was implemented on the 4th floor – dropped ceilings, carpet and a simple color scheme. But the crisp finishes and glass partitions make for a very modern feel here as well.
