Hoyt Architects developed the master plan for this mixed-use development in Martin County. The village concept integrates a walkable, compact, environmentally friendly, mix-used community. The project will provide a scenic and inclusive place achieving Martin County’s vision as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan and achieving a sustainable environment. Allowing orderly growth, creating a vibrant space for people to enjoy. The Storie project has been designed to achieve a development offering a live-work-play environment for people where everything needed is diverse and comparatively close, reducing the need to travel. As a compact mixed-use development, the Storie project has been designed to accommodate a multitude of significant revenue-producing uses that have a functional and physical integration of project components, while protecting and restoring natural and manmade resources.
