An 80-acre P3 project located in Summerhill, Atlanta in collaboration with Carter Development, Georgia State University and the City of Atlanta. Hoyt Architects was responsible for creating the master plan and the interactive VR model, which included the original Braves' Stadium and its surrounding parking to create a vibrant mixed-use community. This ongoing project utilizes real time analysis for urban design scenarios.
