West River Village is a 215-acre development master planned by Hoyt Architects and located in North Port Florida. The plan includes a variety of high-density residential communities with approximately 1200 units, clustered around 77 acres of open space and recreation areas.
Non-residential uses include 250,000 to 1,000,000 SF of life services (hospital, medical office, labs, memory care, etc.) and 150+/- units of transient rental buildings. Other commercial uses include restaurants, retail, and office.
