Greenlink is a pedestrian-focused mixed-use destination within
Lake Nona that connects residential, retail, hospitality, and public
spaces through a vibrant and highly walkable urban
environment. Designed to encourage movement, interaction,
and community engagement, the development activates the
public realm with shaded walkways, outdoor gathering areas,
and seamless connections to the surrounding district.
Hoyt Urban Lab worked with Dix-Hiete to help shape key
components of Greenlink, contributing conceptual architecture and
design along with project delivery expertise that supports Lake
Nona’s vision for a connected, people-centered community.
With a thoughtful blend of commercial, hospitality, and
