Hunter's Hollow

Hunter’s Hollow is a 1.185 sf mixed-use golf course development located in Chatham County, North Carolina. Master Planning included 1,000 residential units, a village core of 1,000,000 sf of commercial/office space with a 33 acre school site and a 75 room lodge/conference center. Numerous State and County approvals were secured for the master planned community which is currently being developed.
