HOYT Architects provided planning and design services for the Hyatt Place hotel, located near the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport. The site design achieves the required number of hotel rooms and parking spaces while maintaining many of the existing large trees and landscaping. The u-shape of the building creates a semi-secluded pool deck just off of a major Sarasota avenue.
