The Highline will be one of the first projects developed under the City of Sarasota’s new attainable housing incentive program. Located on a small downtown infill site on Osprey Avenue, the project will include 142 residential units, 16 of which will be designated for attainable housing. The average unit size is 1250 SF.
Among the resort-style amenities are a swimming pool, a fitness center, and outdoor gathering spaces.
The ground floor of the 11-story Highline tower will feature more than 6000 SF of retail space.
