Hoyt Architects

Palm Parkway Mixed-Use

Hoyt Architects prepared the master plan for this 55-acre mixed-use development located off I-4 near SeaWorld. The project features five multi-family wrap buildings containing 1,600 apartments with integrated internal parking, all centered around a clubhouse and pool facility.

To the west, five mid-rise buildings house 280 condominium units with scenic views of Big Sand Lake. At the project’s entrance, a retail Main Street offers 52,000 square feet of commercial space, leading into a waterfront entertainment district with 16,000 square feet of restaurant space and a 200-key hotel.

A boardwalk esplanade and trail system runs along the lakefront, linking the residential areas to the commercial core and enhancing pedestrian connectivity throughout the development.
