Bahia Vista

Bahía Vista Apartments is a mixed-income residential community situated at the gateway to Arlington Park, delivering 250 units that include 35 designated for attainable housing. Hoyt is providing full architectural and construction administrative services to transform this former institutional site, utilizing a strategic adaptive reuse of the existing Doctors Hospital parking structure.

The project features two four-story buildings designed to foster community life through shared amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, and expansive outdoor gathering spaces. By blending new construction with repurposed infrastructure, the development activates an underutilized site and supports Sarasota’s goals for inclusive, balanced neighborhood growth just outside the downtown core.
