Albany St Cigar Factory

Hoyt Architects developed a preliminary concept draft exploring the restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic Pendaz & Alvarez Cigar Factory. The site features a historic multi-story red brick building distinguished by a prominent clock tower. Our conceptual plans focused on transforming this historic structure into a modern, multi-use residential environment.
