Simulating the Living City: Water Street Tampa
Architecture operates best at the intersection of spatial design and real-time civic feedback. Working through our specialized arms, HAL and Imerza, we developed a groundbreaking 17-foot mixed-reality digital twin for the multi-billion-dollar Water Street Tampa master plan. This platform moves beyond passive architectural rendering, merging a physical 3D-printed top-down layout with game-engine physics to let planners, architects, and municipal leaders stress-test massing, analyze urban scale, and simulate microclimates in real-time.
